Types of drugs involved

Small molecule and large molecule drugs, biological agents, cell drugs, nucleic acid drugs, etc.

Indications and experimental system

Cerebrovascular diseases and neurodegenerative diseases
  • Stroke: large, mouse, non-human primate focal cerebral ischemia model; rat focal cerebral hemorrhage model.
  • Parkinson's disease: a bilateral model of Parkinson's disease in nonhuman primates.
  • Alzheimer's disease: scopolamine model; APP/PS1/TAU three-transgenic model; rat 2VD/3VD model.

Metabolic diseases
  • Hyperlipidemia: food-induced hyperlipidemia model in guinea pigs, rats, and mice, and growth hormone deficiency hyperlipidemia model.
  • Obesity: food-induced obesity model in rats and mice, cynomolgus monkey obesity model, ob/ob mouse model.
  • Diabetes: STZ-induced type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ diabetes models in rats and mice, db/db, ZDF type Ⅱ diabetes models.
  • Hyperuricemia: rat hyperuricemia model induced by uric acid, adenine + oxacinate potassium, yeast-induced chicken hyperuricemia model.
  • Sugar clamp test in rats, dogs and pigs.

Respiratory diseases
  • Pneumonia: LPS-induced single-hit and double-hit pneumonia models.
  • Pulmonary fibrosis: BLM-induced pulmonary fibrosis models in rats and mice.
  • Respiratory distress syndrome: BLM-induced ARDS model in rats.

Liver disease
  • Liver fibrosis: CCL4-induced chronic liver fibrosis model in rats and mice, DIO mouse + CCL4-induced NASH model, MCD mouse model.
  • Immune hepatitis: CoNA-induced acute hepatitis model in mice.
  • Drug-induced liver damage: acute and chronic liver damage models induced by APAP and D-gal in mice.
  • Cholestatic liver damage: bile duct ligation-induced liver damage model in rats and mice.
  • Liver failure: D-gal-induced liver failure model in pigs and mice, 85% hepatectomy-induced liver failure model in rats and pigs.

Kidney disease
  • Rat renal injury model induced by ureteral ligation and renal ischemia-reperfusion.

Digestive system diseases
  • Colitis: DSS-induced mouse UC model.
  • Anal swelling (hemorrhoids): acetic acid, croton oil-induced anal swelling model in rats.

Reproductive system diseases
  • Endometrial injury: ethanol-induced endometrial injury model in rats.
  • Endometriosis: rat autologous endometriosis model.

  • Hot plate model, thermal radiation pain model, mouse writhing (abdominal pain) model, joint pain (tenderness) model.

  • Rheumatoid arthritis: CFA-induced rat AA model, xenogeneic collagen + CFA (IFA-induced) cynomolgus monkey CIA model.
  • Gouty arthritis: an arthritis model induced by intra-articular injection of MSU.
  • Osteoarthritis: cruciate ligament + meniscectomy, MIA-induced rat and rabbit OA models.

  • Myocardial infarction: rat and dog myocardial infarction model induced by coronary artery surgery.
  • Thrombus: arterial, deep vein, arteriovenous thrombosis model.
  • Hypertension: SHR essential hypertension rat model, renovascular hypertension rat model.

  • Efficacy evaluation and in vivo activity determination of growth hormone, insulin, and follicle-stimulating hormone.
